Soumya Konuri

I am an Immigration Attorney licensed to practice law in New York and Texas, originally from Andhra Pradesh, India. My legal experience began as a Legal Intern and Legal Research Analyst at two Immigration Law Firms, where I saw first-hand the powerful impact attorneys can have on people’s lives. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to immigration law.

I now lead Konuri Law, supported by paralegals, and I also collaborate with other attorneys when needed to ensure clients receive the most effective solutions.
My practice focuses on:

• Employment Visas: H-1B (including for culinary professionals and artists), H-2B, H-3, O-1 (extraordinary ability visas for artists, chefs, and creative professionals), EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, EB-3
• Family Immigration: Marriage-Based and Family-Based Green Cards, Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing
• Humanitarian Visas: Asylum, U Visas, and VAWA petitions

In addition, I assist clients with Other Legal Services, including drafting and reviewing lease agreements, partnership agreements, employment contracts, and bankruptcy matters.
