Stephanie Deanne Hon

I hired Stephanie for divorce proceedings. She talked a decent game initially, showed concern and empathy - text book lawyer stuff. When it came time to sign the retainer contract there was tons of hidden fees and causes. Desperate for help, I went against my better judgement and hired her, but only ...after she edited some of the absurd clauses in our agreement. She was not punctual on more than a few occasions for court and would send her paralegal sometimes in her place to calm the storm. In my opinion she really takes advantage of her lone assistant who does her best but is not exactly competent. When things begun to go south with this attorney and I, it seemed only appropriate that Stephanie sent me a bill with $50 email charges. Thats $50 per email! Her work and knowledge is below mediocre when it comes to the areas of family law. She cuts corners religiously and comes across more as a used car salesmen than a family attorney that happens to be a women. I recomend anyone interested in seeking her council to do your research in detail when it comes to any work done through this attorney. You have indeed been warned in advance!
