I have personally had the pleasure of working with Mr. Murray over the past ten plus years since my divorce started in June 2008. At the time Mr. Murray guided me through the process and continues to do so today. He directly helped me with my divorce that was very difficult in times keeping me grou...nded to reality and how the outcomes would be long term. He has guided me through living over "100 miles" term with my one and only child and helps strive for as much time with her as much as possible. Going into a divorce and a having a child involved is difficult in itself and nothing that anyone wants or sets out to achieve. But with sitting down directly with Mr. Murray on many different occasions he has helped me navigate this process that quite frankly no one wants to go through. I 110% leaned on him and continue to do so each and every year at the Holidays / Summers / Spring Break / Extended Weekends to help make the best decision regarding my daughter. Yes, there are times I find myself questioning why this way or that way and then I remember he sees this every day I need to trust his experience. This is what reassures me with living away from my daughter that we are making the right decisions for her and ultimately protecting her as an end result. Overall I would highly recommend sitting down with Josh to review your case, although remember in the heat of the moment he is the one that will help you. I have always found Mr. Murray to be honest and fair even when challenged by myself or the judicial system I feel he keeps his clients wishes in best interest. This is the part that I cannot reiterate enough as you work with him and his team. They have proven to be ethical, moral, and fair. But if you hire Josh be willing to be guided and embrace the guidance he provides as this is hard especially when a person is going through a divorce with a child involved. The end result with his expertise will help allow you to make a solid decision based off of facts and not emotion, which even to this day I struggle with, but I know I can rely on him to help make the best decision for me. That is why I continue to work with him over the course of each year and will continue to do so. I might not agree with everything (but that's my emotions as a human being) and he helps me to stay organized and structured. If you are on the fence about an attorney I would take one meeting with Mr. Murray's office and if keeping an open mind you will find yourself being directed in the best path possible.
