Estate Planning 60%

There are a myriad of legal strategies you might consider implementing as you design your estate plan. Regardless, there are a handful of "must have" estate planning documents you must create before anything else. Will, Health Care Directive, Power of Attorney, Trusts.

Elder Law 20%

Generally speaking, Elder Law can be defined as the holistic application of general legal principles to the specific emotional, logistical and financial needs of mature Americans. You may not be willing to admit that you may become incapacitated and perhaps need expensive long-term care in the future. However, denial is not a strategy and there is no time like the present to plan.

Great family lawyer

We used John to set up our wills and our care documents. John set up a convenient appointment time, met us on time, and was able to answer our questions and get the information he needed to start the process. In a short time, he called us and set up another appointment to review the documents, answer... and further questions, and sign the paperwork. He made the whole process simple and understandable, and we are very satisfied with the work he did and the price we paid. We've already recommended him to friends who need similar work, and will continue to recommend him to others.

Will

We needed to update our will. John showed us how to make everything simple and completed almost everything on the first visit. I highly recommend.

John M Lane Law

We moved from out of state with an out dated 20 year old Living trust. We were told by several families to contact John M Lane Law. John looked thru our old trust. Explained the differing laws between California and Texas, and started a new path to preparing for us a new estate plan. His questions ...to us were quite extensive as were our questions to him. We were given lists of things to modify which we provided for him. We now have a new, thorough and complete estate plan. John made it so simple! We will definitely recommend John M Lane Law.

above and beyond lawyer

If you are looking for an attorney that can walk you through all the complicated issues of making a will John Lane is wonderful. My husband and I are older and wanted to make sure there were no complications or situations when it comes to distribution on our property for our children. He took so mu...ch time with us to explain everything. He drew up our wills and even did all the necessary work filing them for us. We are so glad we choose John to help us. I would certainly recommend him.

Amendments to Living Trust

My living trust needed serious updating (power of atty’s, etc.) and John did a great job in summarizing and explaining the seven amendments that were needed. He was very personable, easy to understand, professional and knowledgeable in estate planning.. He was also fairly priced for the work that he... did on my trust. I had many questions on the draft documents he provided, and John was very patient and thorough in his answers to my questions. If you have any estate planning questions or needs, I would definitely recommend him.
