Biography
In the thirty five years of practice I have tried just about every type of case.
I represented one of the defendants in the largest drug conspiracy case in terms of the number of defendants. I have served on trial teams in an antitrust class action and lender liability cases. I have represented the Texas peanut farmers in a class action against the federal government that impacted farmers in six states. I represented two children in a privacy lawsuit against Hustler magazine. I have served as chairman of numerous arbitrations in the securities industry and arbitrated for the American Arbitration Association. I am the author of the following articles: Suits Against the Federal Government Based Upon a Statute, Regulation or Contract, 43 Tex. B. J. (1980) , A Privacy Primer, 51 Tex. B. J. (1988) and Price Supports, Parity and Peanuts, 2 Agriculture Law Review 543 (1987).
