Cesar A. Chapa

Cesar Chapa co-founded James || Chapa, PLLC at the age of 25 on the principle of providing excellent legal representation to those who need it. His practice areas are focused around business law and immigration. Cesar’s vision is to afford businesses the opportunity of understanding the legal framework surrounding their industry. 

Not long into his legal practice Cesar learned that he not only had the ability, but also the desire to give back to his community. As a native of the Rio Grande Valley, he branched out his practice areas and chose to give back by providing the means for legal immigration. 

He received his bachelor's degree in history from Pensacola Christian College and later earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law. At South Texas College of Law, he received numerous accolades and served as an assistant editor for the South Texas Law Review as well as being a varsity member of South Texas’ prestigious Mock Trial program. 

Prior to starting his law firm, Cesar worked for Berg & Androphy, a white collar defense firm in Houston, Texas, and in the In-Counsel department of Situs Co.
