Hired this man to represent my family and at first he seemed so interested giving us false hope telling us our case was a win as soon as he got paid he vanished would call his office and never got an answer, he didn’t work on our case properly, didn’t gather evidence nothing! His secretary who is his... sister would answer only when she wanted to and would always say he’s not in office or is out of town. He was never in town. Worst mistake was to hire this guy and pay so much money for nothing. Would call and text his phone and never get a response. Don’t waste your time the second you pay him he disappears

I wish my friend had read these reviews before he hired him. Just like most of the other reviews, once he gets paid, he forgets all about you. Before he got paid, he would answer every text, phone call, question, etc my friend had. As soon as he was paid, in full I might add, that all stopped. He ign...ored every phone, every text, and like the others, he always had excuses. His secretary would also ignore phone calls. After a couple of weeks of this going on, I told my friend to use my phone to call his office, & what do you know, his secretary answers. That can't be a coincidence. My friend had a court date he wasn't even aware of. Mr. Jimenez never told him about it and he didn't show up either. I don't know how he gets away with this, and I wish I had read these reviews beforehand, but I hope my review helps others. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.

I hired this attorney... worse thing I could have done. Paid him in full with in a couple of days. He assured me case would be completed within 3 months. Boy... I was wrong to give him my business.. You can never get a hold of him. They never answer phone in office. When you get a hold of him its n...othing but excuses. a lot of promises but no completion. Don't waste your money or time on this attorney.

This attorney is very hard to contact , everytime I call him his secretary, Adriana never answers the phone I call and call and no answer. On a recent child support modification agreement the other party and I had agreed on ,the secretary Adriana submitted all paperwork to court house n told me I di...dn’t have to show up ,4 months later I’m still waiting for the copies that judge signed ,of course I called the office n no answer so I called to court office and they told me judge didn’t sign he send back because there was something wrong , they have no idea what they are doing they don’t even bother to call me to let me know of what’s going on , he just charged me 3k and didn’t do anything for me... sorry i don’t recommend him at all..

This attorney will continue to ask for more money if he knows how much you want your loved one home. For whatever reason it might be. He won't work if he doesn't get paid. Whether its a lump sum or paid in full he will STILL continue to ask for more money. I paid him over $10,000 in 1 week and after... 3 weeks of no proof of paper work, no proof of an invoice, he was still requesting more money. He never answers his phone, never answers any messages. The only time you speak to him or get to see him is in the court date itself. He gives you excuses. Gives you the run around. He's always busy to answer your phone call but never busy to recieve more money. By far the worse decision I have ever made hiring this attorney. Not recommend at all!
