Homeowners Insurance Claim
Mr. Mcallen has handled two cases for me against my homeowners insurance company. I was very happy with both settlements. His office is very professional and kept me very well informed.

Unreliable and Poor Client Service
Just like the other guy said...I have called many times to find out the status of my case, and have never gotten a call back. I even ran into him at a restaurant and asked him to call me and he never did. I have tried getting ahold of him through his facebook page and noting even though he is posting...

Unreliable and Unprofessional
Being a client of Mr. McAllen, I have been repeatedly trying to contact him with no avail for two weeks now. His secretary, Yolie, claims she does not seem to know how to get a hold of him so unfortunately she is of no help either.
