The only lawyer you need to know.

Two years ago, when I was accused of serious criminal offenses, I hired my first lawyer. After a year long trial, the judge ruled against me. I knew I was going to appeal it but I didn't like the way my first lawyer handled the case and the trial. I contacted David for an opinion of the case that... we had lost. I wanted to know if I had a chance. David is exceedingly knowledgeable about the law and he was able to request, and win, a new trial based on several mistakes made by my first lawyer. I never would have know, if not for Mr. Williams, The original case was thrown out and the new case looks very promising, thanks to David's help. I recommend him 1,000%

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I have known David for 25 years or more. He is one of the most detail oriented thinkers I have ever known. He is agressive and well spoken. He and I have worked together on a number of matters. He contributed not only to the case, but to the general morale of the team. He is as fine a person as you will meet. I give him my wholehearted endorsement."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
