William Sterling Leggett

William Leggett initially earned his B.S. in Economics with honors from Texas A&M University in 2013. Immediately thereafter, due to a lingering passion for the law and its wide-ranging application, he began studying law at the University of Houston, and ultimately received his J.D. in 2017. During the summer following his first year in law school, he had the opportunity to intern for a Federal Judge Ricardo Hinojosa. This experience allowed him to gain vital legal experience and observe the process of federal litigation firsthand. During the summer following his second year and subsequent to taking the bar exam, he worked for several firms in South Texas specializing in civil and business-oriented litigation. These work experiences allowed him to further develop and hone his legal research and writing skills. He currently practices in the areas of personal injury, product liability law and insurance fraud.
