The above review is false: After negotiating with the prosecutor, I offered this person probation, as their own text messages and the emails with the prosecutor show, but this person refused, claiming in a text message that they “won’t accept probation.” Had they accepted the probation when I offered it, they could have finished it well before the time they decided to hire another attorney--only to eventually change their mind and accept probation, anyway. Moreover, there was extensive communication, as evidenced by dozens of direct text messages, which contained detailed information about the case, almost all with same-day responses.
