Biography
Cecilia was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. She graduated from San Isidro High School and still lives in San Isidro. Cecilia holds a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University where she majored in General Business. Prior to attending law school Cecilia was an elementary school teacher for the Rio Grande City Consolidated Independent School District. At the University of Texas School of Law she served as Editor in Chief for the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy.
