I hired this lawyer in 2014 to assist me in a NIW case. After a long time of stress and anxiety, he finally submitted my case in 2018. I didn’t know what he did or how he filed my case. I didn’t have the right of seeing my file before submission. Furthermore, I asked him so many times to return my f...ile and he ignored my petitions. As expected, I got a request for additional evidence, including translation of foreign documents, which he also ignored. Because of my insistence, I could talk to him or receive some information in a few times during the almost four years of relationship. He never contacted me voluntarily, it only happened after many attempts from my side. In sum, hiring this lawyer was a nightmare, a waste of time and money, the worst decision of my long life. Neither he nor his staff cared about my case.
