Have Yet to meet him, just his assistant (jason)

they have been working on my case for over 6 months ago- gave "Jason" $500 to start on my case, yet no respnose - tried to call him and speak w/ him and guess what, this morning - His phone seems not to be working. This is a simple case of "real estate" property that could have been taken care of w/... in 2 weeks - now over 6 months. All docs are there, down from the Police investigation, you call his office, yet you only get an anwering machine as to where noone will return your call, even if you life depended on it. Really? Is this how you treat your "clients"
