Abraham Pena

I was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, and my roots in South Texas shape how I practice law: with humility, grit, and a deep sense of responsibility to the community that raised me.

I chose personal injury law because I have seen firsthand how devastating an unexpected injury can be for working families in the Valley. Too often, injured people are left overwhelmed physically, emotionally, and financially while insurance companies delay, deny, or undervalue legitimate claims. I set out to be the lawyer I wished those families had: someone who explains the process honestly, stands up to insurance companies, and fights to level the playing field.

My practice is focused exclusively on personal injury. I handle everything from everyday car crashes to commercial truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability claims, workplace injuries, and wrongful death cases, including cases where fault or insurance coverage is contested.

I am fluent in English and Spanish, and I believe access to justice should never depend on language, background, or resources. Every client deserves to feel informed, respected, and protected at every stage of their case.

I earned my undergraduate degree in International Business from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio and graduated with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law. I am a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
