Our practice is focused solely in the area of Family Law. This allows us to serve our clients effectively and efficiently. We practice in a small, family-based practice. Our office prides itself on offering personalized service to each of our clients. We understand that when a problem arises within your family that can impact every other aspect of your lives. It is our goal to make the legal process as pain free as possible.

After shopping around for an affordable attorney, I found Mr. Spivey. Unlike the other attorneys that want to nickel and dime you for every little phone call or e-mail, he quoted me a flat fee for an agreed divorce and stuck to it. Replied last September 09, 2015I have no idea who this person is. I suspect that it is merely another attorney trying to help their own rating or the losing party to a case. I NEVER use public humiliation as a strategy to win a case. Usually, If the private process server is unable to serve someone at home, then I will suggest serving a party at work (as a last resort). The private process server that I use is an independent contractor who does not work for me. He is very professional and NEVER tries to embarrass the person whom he his serving. The person who wrote this review is NOT one of my former clients!!!! This is obviously one of the shortcomings of Avvo. They do not verify that the information in the "reviews" are accurate or from an actual client.
