Biography
For more than 30 years, Mark A. Di Carlo has provided effective legal representation to individuals in Corpus Christi and throughout the Coastal Bend region when they need it most. Drawing on his experience both inside and outside the courtroom, Mark understands how to leverage the legal system to achieve his clients' goals.
Mark has developed core competencies in a number of legal disciplines, most notably criminal defense law, Social Security Disability and Private Disability Insurance, referred to as Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) claims. I panicked when I got my spouse into some serious trouble, while on probation. Mark Di Carlo was limited in time due to a fast arrest on an MTR, and an even quicker court date.
