I am a partner in the firm's Corpus Christi office. I have represented thousands of injured people throughout Texas and the United States in product liability, toxic tort, premises liability and wrongful death cases. In addition, I have been hired by individuals and companies to prosecute stock fraud, insurance fraud, bank fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and pollution claims.
My media appearances have included ABC's 20/20, the Baltimore Sun, the San Antonio Express-News, and the Corpus Christi Caller Times.
