Chirag Nikunj Desai

Mr. Chirag N. Desai joined Thomas J. Henry Law in 2015 as an associate attorney. Mr. Desai represents his clients out of the San Antonio law offices.

Mr. Desai is a graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance. After attending school in San Antonio, Mr. Desai received his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. While attending law school, he worked as an intern with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid helping the local community. He has also worked as a law clerk at a local Jacksonville law firm which focused primarily on personal injury and real estate law.

Mr. Desai is an immigrant of Gujarat, India, moving to America with his parents Nikunj and Amita in 1996. He grew up in Tyler, Texas where he learned the importance of hard work while helping his parents in the hospitality industry. The industry allowed Mr. Desai the opportunity to interact with many different people from all walks of life on a daily basis.

Since joining Thomas J. Henry law, Mr. Desai has successfully represented hundreds of injured clients from automobile accidents, truck accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and premises liability cases.
