Mr. Carroll H. McHaney, III earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence at St. Mary’s University School of Law and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Texas at San Antonio.
During law school, Mr. McHaney worked as a legal research assistant as well as a legal intern with the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Texas. He also worked as a real estate broker prior to pursuing his career in law and continued to work in real estate through law school.
Outside of the office, Mr. McHaney enjoys horseback riding, hunting, fishing, and coaching youth baseball.
