Bianca Alexandria Medina

After having issues with a previous lawyer I had hired, I was referred to Bianca Medina through a co-worker and a good friend from church. Let me tell you, best thing I ever did. I hired Bianca June 6th 2022. I had to get a temporary hearing in front of a Judge so I could try and get My Son into Wind...sor Park Elementary where he qualified for the gifted and talented program! Bianca had very limited time but She worked hard and made it happen. We got it in front of a Judge before school started and he granted my Boy to go to one of the best schools in the state of texas!! Bianca is very knowledgeable, very confident and commands respect in the courtroom. She will fight for you and tells you like it is. There is no BS'n around with her. She is definitely the best attorney you can hire. My ex decided it was in her best interest not to face a Judge or Bianca for the final hearing and gave up everything but Primary custody which I was fighting for. I settled on 50/50 custody, my Boy will remain in the Baccalaureate Gifted and Talented program through High School and she gave up CS. Also. Shout out to her legal team Noel and Cassandra. Very helpful and insightful. I'm truly grateful for Bianca Medina. She helped me and my boy out so much!! Her number is saved In my phone. I will use her again if needed.

I did a phone consult with Bianca because I live out of State. She immediately gave me the hope I’d been searching for the past three days after my children were not returned by their non-custodial parent. Every avenue didn’t want to help; however, Bianca encouraged me not to take no for an answer an...d told me the exact documents I would need to fight. With the documents in hand I was able to let law enforcement review them and charges were brought against the non-custodial parent and I was able to safely retrieve my kids. I’ll forever be grateful to Bianca, her office staff and her willingness to act immediately on this situation. Bianca also did not take advantage of my situation and informed me if the documents didn’t work how much the next step would cost. She wanted to save me that money if possible! She believes in you so you can believe in yourself!
