Amanda Nicole Torres

Amanda Torres has rejoined the firm. Judge Torres was previously with the firm from 2013 through early 2014, and she returns as Senior Counsel in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. A veteran prosecutor, with 25 jury trials, Judge Torres brings the unique perspective of a jurist that she gained while presiding over the Nueces County Court at Law No. 5 and Nueces County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1 small claims court. This combination gives her the ability to properly evaluate her client’s case and then present it in the most favorable way to the ultimate trier of fact. Her commitment to the success of her clients is also demonstrated in her extensive commitments to the Coastal Bend. She will focus on trust, estate and guardianship issues, in addition to representing individuals and businesses in construction, consumer, collections, and other civil litigation matters.
