Paul Lee Heath

He helped me get custody of my son, it only took like 2 years because my ex's attorney kept delaying the case and paul would just take it. When I did get my son due to being highly favored on the Social Study not because of Paul's "hard work" I asked him to help me get child support and paid him arou...nd 600 dollars to start the case. My ex wife hired an attorney that apparently Paul was afraid of so I fired paul and asked for my money back, which he never did return. I hired Joaquin Castro and he immediately got a nice child support commitment from my ex wife. Paul is the worst!

This Attorney, would not return phone calls, I would call days inadvance to check to see if he was ready for Court I did not get a response, so I went to Court (we were on the docket) he did not show up @ 9:00 began calling him, finally reached him at 10 he was at the cleaners would call me right ba...ck. No call, he did show up at 12:00, he had not done anything for Court therefore I was there for nothing and missed work. He stated that this guardianship would be done no later than Christmas, here it is February and all he has done is file false protective orders, that are no good. He also continued to get Protective Orders one after another instead of filing for permanent protective order. Nevertheless he has not done what he said he would do in my case. Now with nothing being done, my guardianship could suffer the consequence. At this time he also has refused to refund any money or give my a itemized statement of my case.

Mr. Heath will never return calls. "Forgot" to file divorce petition causing spouse and I to have to wait additional time. And then after the second 60 day waiting period refused to take calls or come into the office causing an even longer delay in the divorce. In fact, I am still married. I should h...ave been divorced in July
