In addition to being an expert in venture capital, he has taught health law at New York University (NYU) and gaming transactions law at UNLV's law school. He served as the former head of contracts at a multi-billion-dollar healthcare conglomerate, and held the position of General Counsel at a healthcare system. Jose is also the founder of his own successful law firm, Padilla Law PLLC.
