We were treated with the bait and switch approach to our plea bargain. We were told one thing, which we reluctantly agreed to, and of course regretted when none of what we were told proved true. A supposed clerical error was more than Mr. Young had time to be bothered with or could find the time to d...edicate to. Now my kids mother sits in PRISON beyond her agreed upon release date while Mr. Young focuses more on the cases with pending payments than one for which he has been paid in full. I would never trust this man. Do so at your in peril.

Mr. Young just saw me as another case. He did not even try and asked me to plead no contest. I had a clean record and he did not bother to look into the incident. He knew I couldn't afford to fly back and forth to trial so I had no choice but to agree with him because he said he would tell the jud...ge to assign another attorney. very disappointed on his approach to due process.
