Everything was done to give my ex control and allow him to continue to do the bare minimum that won't make him look like a deadbeat. I was deceived and encouraged to accept a settlement that isn't even the standard minimum for divorce. I was told I wouldn't be granted a reset even though I had just... had a surgery and without a reset, I was told there wasn't time for an amicus. With multiple types of documentation from texts, hospitals, and the pediatrician, nothing was submitted to the court and I was led to believe it didn't matter as it wasn't physical abuse. Nothing was done about multiple accounts of disparagement in front of the children; a violation of the protective order. I was told my ex would get their days they requested as a first responder and that he was entitled to the standard possession even though it was more than he ever asked for or desired.

Amanda is amazing!!! I went through a Divorce after 18 years. I wanted custody of our eleven year old son and although it is not normally granted. I was awarded custody.
