He is my court appointed attorney in a criminal case and I don't understand why a family lawyer is taking on a criminal case he does not know what he's doing he is very rude does not communicate well obviously by his actions he does not care about me or my case I got to a point where I told him I wan...ted to hire my own attorney and that I would like to tell the judge and he went back to the judge very dramatic like said that well I've been fired taking it very personally. He is rude cuts me off in the middle of a sentence, refuses to let me see the police report that was sent to him by d.a. and should in my opinion he should not be working as a lawyer

I paid Mark Darling nearly $20k for divorce/custody issues at the rate of $2500 a day with no success. He didn’t even ask the witnesses any questions on my behalf. The last time I saw him I gave him almost $7,000 in cash and he never returned my calls and never informed me of court dates that I misse...d and resulted in me losing custody of my children, I lost any rights to the home I lived in for 10 years that was consequently sold by my ex husband for $100k over our purchase price, I was court ordered to pay $1600 a month in child support for one child even though I stayed home with the children, had Epilepsy, and my ex husband was on full disability through the VA. My divorce was finalized just 3 days shy of our 10 year anniversary and I didn’t even know I was divorced with not even rights to my car or a stitch of clothing and now my child is in Florida. I can’t work because Ive never made $12,000+ a month to incur such a high child support. I wasn’t granted the usual 2 years of health insurance, half of my ex husband’s retirement for being married to the man that cheated on me with prostitues for 10 years. I had recording of my ex husband abusing my children and he did nothing and left me with in a situation with my hands tied and my heart broken. He wouldn’t answer his phone, return emails, and has grossly misused his position of power. This man has ruined my life.

We hired Mr. Darling for a divorce against my fiance's ex wife. Mark could not have done a better job. He communicated with us in a way that helped us understand. He explained everything about the divorce in detail and answered any questions that we had. If it was not for the bitter ex wife we could ...of had this divorce done over the internet, unfortunately we had to take this route. In the end, we were able to reduce the backed child support by over a year along with getting all house debt off of my fiance's name. ! We also did not have to communicate once with his ex as our lawyer took care of everything for us! I highly recommend Mr. Darling as he puts his clients first.
