You need show proof to the court what your monthly living expenses are. Then show the court how much money you make per month through your pay stubs.

Your dad can be charged with filing a false police report if he lied to the police. What happens to either of them depends on who the jury believes.

You should call an attorney in the old state to take care of this for you. Not much an attorney in the new state can do for you if your problems...
