Let me just start with, I would do more stars if I could. I highly recommend Matt. Going through a custody case is incredibly stressful and emotional, and he has been patient and understanding with me throughout the entire process. Even when I’ve been overwhelmed or had a million questions, he has... taken my concerns seriously and helped me understand what was happening and what to expect. One of the things I appreciate most is how responsive he has been. I’ve never felt like my concerns were being brushed aside or that I was just another case. He listened to what was important to me and genuinely advocated for what I felt my daughter needed. When overnight visitation was being discussed and I had serious concerns about it, Matt fought for my position and helped make sure those concerns were heard. The second thing I really appreciated was that there have genuinely been moments where I was crying from the stress of everything, and somehow Matt still managed to make me laugh while also taking what I was going through seriously. That balance of compassion, humor, and professionalism is something I really appreciate. Lastly, really appreciate that he has been straightforward with me. He doesn’t just tell me what I want to hear and he explains the legal side of things while still recognizing that this is my child and these decisions are extremely personal to me. Having an attorney who can deal with both the legal side of a custody case and the emotions that come with it has made a huge difference. I’m very grateful to have Matt representing me and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a family law attorney. I’m a young mom trying to navigate a situation I never expected to be in while doing everything I can to make the best decisions for my daughter. Having an attorney who understands that and makes me feel like my concerns as her mother genuinely matter has meant more to me than I can explain. Our case isn’t over yet, but I already feel incredibly grateful to have Matt in my corner through it. I know there is still more ahead, but I feel much more confident facing it knowing I have someone representing me who listens, advocates for what matters, and genuinely cares about getting my daughter and me through this process.
