Hire an attorney the odds will greatly increase in your favor
If you have a civil attorney representing you in the case I am sure the attorney will assert the proper objections
You can sue, finding a lawyer to take the case is another matter as your damages are minimal
Sounds like your son is in Sex Offender probation. Usually the results are kept in the file and his attorney can access them
