Probation officer doesn't issue the warrant. The DA prepares a motion to revoke and the judge issued the arrest warrant

Case outright dismissed expunction. Deferred adjudication probation non-disclosure. Conviction out of luck

You have a major issue as you are probably looking at a motion to adjudicate on top of the new charge. Time to get a lawyer

I would suggest that before you turn yourself in that you have a friend or relative at the jail with you with the $1000 cash for you bond

Can a another judge besides your original judge extend your probation?

If it is agreed to then any judge can sign order. If it is contested only judge of court were case originated can
My probation officer just called me and told me too come c him my appointment isn't for another 2 weeks

If you are married there may be a married exception to you having to testify. Talk to her lawyer
