Mr. Hacker was honest about the process and informed me of his strategy from the beginning of my case. He answered the phone himself (not the paralegal) or returned my calls and/or responded to my emails in a timely manner. He was able to navigate the process throughout my hearing day that was suppo...sed to end in temporary orders to final orders, which was amazing to witness and was a huge savings in time and money. In addition, he gave me great advice on where we should focus monetarily since my ex was also very behind on child support plus our decree was based on my ex living in California. I am impressed by his ability to stay calm but also be aggressive in a respectful manner. His main concern was what was at the best interest of my child. He is also divorced and has children, so he understands the emotional impact of divorce on the parents and children.
