Mr. Hernandez did a great job with my divorce. Settlement was just what I had hoped for. He's also very affordable for all the work he had to do [months and months on end] my ex-wife was very reluctant to agree w/anything, she argued about everything! He's a patient guy--my ex-wife must have called ...him 20 times a week instead of calling her lawyer--Oscar took it all in stride.

If you are able to spend your money else where, please do so. Mr. Hernandez showed up to court late, court order paperwork was rolled up in his hand. Very, very unprofessional. His secretary Molly is very ignorant, rude and childish like behavior. She would not allow us to speak with Mr. Hernandez a...fter a payment was already made, she kept insisting he is out of town, this was even after she had already scheduled us an appointment with him. Even though Mr Hernandez has been in practice for many years I really dont think he knows what kind of mess his secretary is getting him into. with all this being said, she took it upon herself to withdraw him as our attorney. I made a payment of $900. and nothing was done. Seemed like the other party attorney kept me more informed that this office ever did. I hope you save yourself the grieve and money and hire yourself a better attorney with a more professional environment. I guarantee these reviews were probably done by his closest friends or family.
