Monica Nicole Saenz

Monica is an amazing attorney. She provided me with guidance when I wasn't sure what step I needed to take for my ds260. She explained every thing to a T to me. What told me what i should expect going to mexico and what todo during my interview. She was easy to reach and was amazing, and showed e...mpathy. She is very professional and great at her job.

When Monica worked at the law office of Pascual Madrigal, she was the person that did the work on our case which was extremely complicated and took 10 months to complete while my husband was under mandatory detention. I'm not sure if Monica was still in school, or a paralegal, etc at that time since ...she wasn't the person listed on his file as the attorney, but she CLEARLY was the one doing all the legwork. She was the one I would submit all needed paperwork to, she communicated with me EVERY time I called (which says a lot when working with an attorney), and she made phone calls to the DA from a previous case that was tied into this one, and just did EVERYTHING she could to win our case. I could tell she cared for her clients, and this wasn't just a job for her. She worked late hours, and I know this because I remember getting calls in the evening hours from her, updating me on what she was hearing from other entities involved. Because of her work (and the help from Luis, the very kind man that was an aid in the office), we won my husband's case and after 10 long months his green card was reinstated and 5 years later, he became a US Citizen.

After getting an order of removal removed in California, we saw Ms Saenz to apply for my wife's green card. She promptly filed our application. We had many difficulties with USCIS during the I-485 process. Ms. Saenz was not only dedicated to our cause but she kept us on track. She was timely in ...responding to USCIS and made sure we compiled all necessary documentation. She was easy to talk with, easy to get a hold of and prompt on returning calls. Ms Saenz was tuff on USCIS and didn't let them bully us. I felt she was always looking out for our best interest. In our case, she went beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend!!!
