Mark Philip Haby

Mark Haby was amazing. he is swift, honest, impressive, helpful, experienced,upfront. he mentally had me prepped for state jail or inpatient treatment, which were possible outcomes. First of all, no matter what time of day I contacted him, he always was on top of communication. second, his advice was... very helpful, even if it wasn't always what I wanted to hear, he got me out of jail the same day my family got in touch with him. Lastly and mosT importantly, his speaking skills when we went before the judge and prosecutors he really spoke out for me and defended me I couldn't have done it better myself 10 out of 10 he really is good people in general I am very thankful that he defended me and my case he was also understanding as to why I fell behind on my payments he was always very polite understanding mosT definitely worth hiring. even though my taip evaluation was recommended inpatient treatment, Mark got up there ave convince the judge to just reinstated me with outpatient treatment. I would have lost My job of 4years if they sent me away. My probation officer wanted me in state jail, ava but that didn't happen :-) thank you Mark haby!!

Most people cringe at word "Lawyer." However, Mr. Haby restores the name by his expertise and personal attention to his clients. Most people are unaware that there is a difference between an attorney -at-law and a lawyer. Mark, is both. I have known this man for over ten years, and yes I would trus...t him with my life if I was ever in trouble with the law. He recently answered my phone call on a lazy Sunday afternoon. I was calling about my son who is currently in Bexar County Jail. When I hung up the phone I felt relief, knowing I had done the best for my son. This attorney is a very hard-working person with a well staffed hard working firm! He is seemingly always available to his clients, even at the most god-awful hours with a smile, professionalism, and is extremely proficient. He has helped my family immensely throughout our relationship with this fir...m! He has never failed to look you in the eye, tell you like it is - no matter how bad - THEN tell you ... "ok folks, this is what we can do now!" He is a man with a high level of integrity, grit and the utmost ability to tell you how it is....and in law, I would rather have an able attorney who will cut through the "legalese" , look my in the eye, and straight shoot to fix the problem.
