My lawyer fought for me. I was Charged with Domestic Violence of which I am innocent. I was protecting myself and self defense. It took 1 1/2 years to get a dismissal (thanks to Covid). I also had Videos of my husband and step daughter beating on me that day! I was arrested; while I was sitting in ja...il my husband of 17 years packed all his crap and left me. I was alone in Texas! Ms. Corley helped me with a situation involving a false allegation of family violence. She was very knowledgeable about the law, and extremely helpful. She knew exactly what I should do and advised me of what my actions should be in no uncertain terms. She dealt with the intricacies of the court easi...ly, and spoke to the DA directly on several occasions to get them the details and argue my case. My case ended in an outright dismissal. I'm positive that Ms. Corley's knowledge of the intricacies of the legal system and her knowledge of the people involved resulted in obtaining that outcome. She even returned a call on a weekend at the beginning, to handle my fears induced by the spouse that was manipulating me. I didn't expect that. Of course, I don't expect that every time, but when I really needed it, she was there. She actually answers all her calls personally. She has also helped me down the line with other concerns surrounding the case, helping me to ensure it doesn't happen again as well as helping with a related situation.
