Educated at some of the nation’s top universities (Chapman University, University of Puget Sound, University of Southern California, and St. Mary’s School of Law), Brian’s keen legal insights have been published by numerous nationally renowned legal publications. Brian is also a sought-after public speaker with extensive experience presenting complex legal topics to international audiences.

Although Brian has a broad range of experience in numerous areas of law and business, a difficult fight to maintain his own parental rights inspired him to focus in the area of Family Law.  Brian is a proud father and he and his son have succeeded in maintaining an incredible relationship. Their struggles and successes have fueled Brian’s passion for helping similarly-situated families.
