Andrew represented me in my divorce and custody of my 2yr old child. He's tough, but he will get you what you want. He does come with a price tag though. He's worth it though. If you want a damn good attorney and one that will fight for you. Hire him! He's one of the best attorneys in San Antonio. Ne...ver go without a good lawyer in a custody battle.

I was in a car accident on April 13, 2012. After foolishly responding to a radio advertisement, I called Mr. Ramon's office. I was told to come in that afternoon and signed paperwork. Then they sent me to various doctors for "treatment." I could never get a straight answer from his assistant who ha...ndled everything from the beginning. I ended up firing the attorney since I couldn't get any answers only to be told that this office would still take 35% of any payment I might receive from The insurance company. I later discovered I had significant disc damage and had no choice but to retain this office again or pay double attorney fees if I chose a more competent attorney. I only met Mr. Ramon when I went to sign the contract termination papers. Once I rehired the attorney, they lied about filing my claim. I was told it would be filed in December, then reassured it had been sent out in January only to discover in February that my paperwork was still sitting on the assistants desk because she was missing "something". I personally gathered all the necessary paperwork that this woman claimed the doctors office had not sent. Of course, when I inquired with the doctors office staff, they had not received any medical records request from this attorneys office. Seems to me their fees are too high for such incompetence. My case was finally filed with the insurance company after I complained on february 7th, 2013 and of course, a month later, no information from this office. They can't even return phone calls. I would have been better off handling this in my own since i have received nothing less than stress, excuses and lies from this attorneys office. This is definitely the type of attorney people should be "warned" about. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Texas Bar association and hope others heed my warning and find an attorney who is more involved in his cases and does a job worthy of the steep fees!!!
