If you care about your time STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!

As someone who used to work at this firm and has firsthand knowledge of its day-to-day operations, I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. The overall theme of this review is simple: Michael Tuttle appears far more focused on the money he can make from cases than on client satisfaction. He ...doesn’t even maintain a Google review page, and his website lacks genuine client testimonials. What he does seem to prioritize is advertising and self-promotion. First and foremost, do not expect timely communication. Unless your case brings significant publicity to the firm or is worth a substantial amount of money, do not expect callbacks when promised. During my time there, I regularly received calls from frustrated clients who had not heard from anyone for over a month. The customer service is terrible. If I hire someone to fight for me, I expect communication. Instead, many clients are left waiting weeks or months for updates. If you’re hoping to have your case resolved efficiently, good luck. Cases often drag on far longer than necessary. And if you want to get in touch with Michael directly, you’ll need even more luck. Staff are constantly instructed to “take a message,” yet those messages frequently go unanswered. Both the lead paralegal and the attorney regularly forget or simply do not bother to return client calls. This firm is the definition of quantity over quality. It is frustrating to watch an attorney take on hundreds of cases while simultaneously overloading an understaffed team. As a result, employees are unable to give cases the attention and diligence they deserve. If you are considering hiring a personal injury attorney, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere especially if your case is not worth a substantial amount of money. Client satisfaction is clearly not the priority. The priority is money and publicity. Shortly before I left, we signed a client with a large social media following. The attorney immediately asked whether the client would promote the firm if the case was successful, and the client agreed. Despite the case not being worth much money, I watched the attorney personally handle every aspect of it. He provided regular updates, ensured the client had a rental vehicle, and made himself available whenever needed. Meanwhile, regular clients with nearly identical cases struggled to get updates or callbacks. That experience showed me that certain clients receive preferential treatment based on what they can do for the attorney rather than the merits of their case. As for anyone considering working for Michael, my advice is simple: run. The environment was filled with unnecessary stress, anxiety, and frustration. The training was among the worst I have ever experienced. I was routinely assigned tasks with little to no instruction, and whenever I asked questions, I was made to feel like I was bothering people or that I was somehow stupid for asking. Calling it “training” would be generous. On top of that, the pay did not match the workload. Even worse, paychecks were consistently late. People have rent, bills, debt, and other financial obligations that depend on being paid on time. Yet employee concerns were treated no differently than client concerns. I genuinely hope people read this review and choose to stay as far away from this firm as possible. But since he buries this review page under all his bad advertising and sad website I’d think that nobody will. To anyone looking for an attorney who will genuinely fight for them, communicate with them, and treat them like more than just another file on a desk, I wish you the best of luck.
