I've worked with a number of different lawyers on everything from business contracts, to criminal defense and civil litigation. Brandon Grable and his law firm has been hands down the most responsive, organized and professional firm I've ever worked with.
We represent Plaintiffs in claims against government entities and their agents (including police officers) for Section 1983 and constitutional violations such as excessive force, unlawful arrest, search, and seizure, and retaliation.
I usually prosecute or defend my clients through the appeal process. This might include filing petitions for writs of mandamus, interlocutory appeals, or post-judgment appeals.
Disputes related to construction projects (from start to finish). Disputes might arise with permits, contract disputes, subcontractor issues, payment issues, change order disputes, and quality of work.
Violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), fraud, breach of contract, and breach of warranties. This area of law generally applies to those that were wronged while seeking or acquiring goods or services.
We generally represent clients in criminal matters that invoke unique constitutional issues or other questions of law.
Brandon J. Grable is a trial and appellate attorney based in San Antonio, Texas. He is a general practitioner but often represents Clients in civil rights cases against governments and police officers that violate the Constitution.
Brandon runs his practice by one simple, time-tested rule: treat every client like family. He represents his clients as if they were his own mother or child. Brandon brings with him what is not found on a resume-grit, small town values, and humble beginnings.
Brandon began his path at 17-years-old when he skipped his high school graduation in small town Arizona so he could attend basic training for the United States Army. He served in the Army honorably for 10 years as a Non-commissioned Officer (NCO), which included combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He brought with him unbreakable bonds he shares with his brothers and sisters in arms. These values and experiences is what drives him. Brandon brings commitment, drive, and devotion to each one of his clients. No matter the situation, Brandon ensures his Clients get the due process and rule of law they are entitled.
While his focus is to represent and defend Servicemembers and Veterans, Brandon regularly and successfully represents individuals, families, small businesses, and large corporations in a wide array of matters that include, but are not limited to criminal matters, breach of contract disputes, civil rights violations, discrimination, and fraud/bad faith allegations.
Brandon earned his undergraduate degree from American Military University with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, magna cum laude. He received his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law, graduating in the top fifteen percent, and was a member of the Law Journal editorial board.

Advice
With issues on civil property and rights I find Mr Grable very knowledgeable and able to quote cases involving said rights. Outstanding research that allowed me to move forward and confidently. When the time is right I will be hiring his firm if they are available. This was just a consultation but I was impressed with his overall knowledge.

Professional, Caring, Fighter for justice
I must say, my scenario added quite a bit of extra drama by occurring just before Covid-19 started, and the protocols for the courts kept things interesting, with a number of postponements. The representation by Mr Grable and team was highly professional, and I had every confidence in them having my best interest in mind. The resulting favorable outcome is all I could ask of them.

Amazing Lawyer - Superior Results!
Mr. Grable represented me and my wife in a tough, long, and complicated case involving a few big corporations who just "finger-pointed" the blame at each other. Mr. Grable took the time to listen to my concerns and research every issue. He went above and beyond checking on me and my family throughout the process. Mr. Grable produced superior results in a very difficult and challenging case.
