For the day of court she didn't prepare. When I asked her about it she replied " if you knew it was a trial you should've come to me". I was stunned. Trying to make her aware that she failed. She pushed back saying" she can withdraw from the case and hire another attorney". Rosemary is helpful, but D...iana and the other paralegal have bad attitude. Do not hire this attorney. I lost visitation time with my child because of her negligence.

Worst experience I have ever had! I believe she takes on too many cases and doesn’t have time to thoroughly get to know her clients and their case do they she can represent them well. I was completely misrepresented and my case was neglected. You will not hear from their office unless you contact the...m. She will not speak with you as she will have her paralegal do all of the communicating. When we went to hearing it was extremely apparent that she was not prepared for the case. If you want a strong attoeney, find someone else. A complete waste of money!

Ana Laura is an awesome attorney, and has been my attorney for many years. Most recently she won my case and again I have reached out to her for advise and contracted her to handle another case. She is intelligent, respectful,sensitive and aggressive. She gets the facts, reviews them from all angles ...and not only knows the law but follows the law to a tee. She is not one for court drama, she is always a professional and her focus is always on you. Her fees are fair & reasonable. Her staff is always very professional and pleasant, especially Rosemary, always busy but will not hesitate to stop what she is doing to assist you. Ms Hessbrook is an attorney who does not support her clients. I paid her to "represent me" in a horrible divorce including mediation where Ms Hessbrook said "The mediator is in favor of the other attorney and not us". When you call Rosemary, she tries to help but can't give out information. Phone ca...lls are not returned ever! Ms Hessbrook does not represent her clients!!! She did not even show up in court for the final divorce decree but led us to believe she did! It took months to get the final decree from her office and without her signature. We are taking this to a higher level!!!! Please don't seek out this attorney......

If you want an attorney who doesn't listen to you, doesn't get all the facts, doesn't do as she promises, doesn't do anything for you in court but takes all your money and does not return calls then this is your attorney!! Ana Hessbrook did absolutely nothing for my case and she would never return ca...lls nor would her office staff. Rosemary is her assistant who would promise a call back but never would so I'd have to follow up a week later. Research your potential attorney before hiring them.
