Ms. Duran is a good attorney. In person, she is nice and sweet and seems to know what she is talking about. However, it is damn near impossible to get ahold of her. She does not respond to emails nor does she answer her phone. She takes a personal day or a week off with no notice and does not return ...calls to let you know she is on vacation. There is zero communication. To the point where I had to initiate everything about my divorce proceedings and hound her until she answered me and finally got around to doing it herself. She needs a secretary. Or an outbound message when she is out of the office. Or an hour set aside every day to answer emails or return missed calls.

I hired Laura to help me with getting more visitation time with my daughters. She was upfront with me from the beginning that I may not be granted more time. Despite this, she liked my chances so we moved forward. In the end, she was able to secure a more fair visitation schedule and all at a fair pr...ice.
