I can not believe some of the negative reviews for my attorney. I have hired him on several different occasions for several reasons and never have I had bad experience. I do know that he starts with a retainer and then they bill and you pay as you go. They work with you but at the end you must be pai...d in full. I think this last person whom posted a comment is just bitter. We dont know anything about these other peoples issues so we can judge this office nor the attorney for someone mad of a outcome that maybe the attorney nor staff had nothing to do with. I understand sometimes clients don't always listen to what we are told by our attorney. I am one but yet I learn the hard way. That's all it took. He has fought for me all the way and I am a single parent and both of them are very nice and kind people and have worked with me. When I first hired him I was surprised they wanted me to come in to meet with me before court because the attorney prior to hiring him in 2008 never met with me prior to my court date. I know for a fact they don't like to due phone appointment the attorney likes to meet in person. I am very happy with this attorney and his office staff.

I hired Mr. Appelt for a battle with my ex over our daughter and he was there for me every step of the way and his staff was kind and professional. I didn't have much money for this battle so from his kind heart he gave me a big discount. I was so lost but he made me feel safe and I was I had a warri...or on my side. He also was my now boyfriends Lawyer for his divorce and was a champion for him as well. As to the sign smashing, that was wrong but there are 2 sides to every story. I heard that his opponent was putting her signs in front of his signs even in his own yard so he just had enough. Can't say that is true because I did not see it with my own eyes. I voted for him because everyone makes mistakes, I know I have and we all want a 2nd chance. I believe in him as a Lawyer, Judge and down right good person.

Mr. Appelt is the type of an attorney you would want. He is an aggressive, expert attorney and passionate attorney. Divorce is never an easy experience, but his very knowledge and experienced attorney. My case was unique in different ways and he and his staff was always attentive. He is a unique pers...on and I had complete confidence in his abilities. Him and his staff are very dedicated to there clients.

I was recommended to Mr. Appelt by a friend who had previously used his services. Mr. Appelt represented me in a very messy divorce where everything was contested; property, cars; and most importantly custody. Mr. Appelt was very knowledgable and didn't let my ex or his attorney get away with any o...f their games. We ended up having a 2 day trial in which I was very pleased with the outcome. He and his staff kept me informed throughout the process, providing me with copies of documents and returning my calls typically within 24 hours. There were even times I was able to reach them after normal hours. I would highly recommend Mr. Appelt's services.

Mr. Appelt worked on my divorce and custody case he was able to ensure the custody of my children in my possession. It was a long and stressful process but it was well worth it because he got me custody. He was aggressive when he needed to and wouldnt let down. He is a tough attorney. I also give his... staff a tumbs up, they are very hard working ladies. I will disagree with the other two reviews on this page. I will sure recommended other people to him.
