I contacted Mark about handling my divorce case, that was to be filed in Comal County. Even though his office is in San Antonio, he made the commute to represent me. Not only did he help me through a very difficult time, by being a voice of reason, but he handled my case with the best professionalism... that I have seen in the court systems. Mark is very knowledgeable, will not mislead you on possible outcomes, and will defend your case with all aspects of the law. He requires a retainer fee, although this is standard, he will return any unused portion that is left over, when other lawyers will keep it, or create "bonus" phone calls or paperwork to burn the remainder. I am sure that I will hire Mark again, and I have already recommended him to several people already.
