Samantha Serna Uribe

Samantha is a dedicated family law attorney with a diverse background in the law and a heart for helping families navigate their legal challenges.

A Texas native, Samantha began her legal career in legal services where she handled family law cases in the Rio Grande Valley along the Texas-Mexico border. This experience enabled Samantha to develop as a strong advocate and client-centered attorney. Prior to specializing in family law, Samantha worked in civil litigation and policy initiatives spanning immigrants' rights, employment, education, voting rights, housing, and estate planning. This diverse experience uniquely equips Samantha to approach family law cases with a holistic perspective and unwavering dedication to her clients' best interests.

Samantha attended the University of Houston, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. During college, Samantha led a team in founding an organization with a mission to develop leadership skills among at-risk youth.

Samantha went on to earn her law degree at American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where she interned with various organizations including the Office of Attorney General for the District of Columbia and Tahirih Justice Center.
