He had my case in his office for many months and never realized the case had never been set for trial despite the fact that opposing counsel had asked him about the trial setting many times. When he realized he'd committed malpractice he held in one hand a hold-harmless agreement he demanded I sign... and my case file in the other, saying he wouldn't allow my case to continue if I didn't sign his release. Some of the papers in the file needed to be filed within one hour due to a time limit issue, so he craftily had me over a barrel. Stay away.
