Kenneth Saks Review

I hired Mr. Saks for representation in a case that eventually was referred to another lawyer. Originally when I met with Mr. Saks his demeanor was condescending. I felt that there was a blank space in his mind about how he would be able to represent me. The only feedback I received was "maybe you can... rely on future changes." Mr. Saks is well presented (well dressed, groomed) but presentation should also include support and active participation. Unless you want to hire a lawyer to show you some papers and tell you "I don't know" or "it doesn't look good" then I recommend you go elsewhere. Please note that my review is for a specific case and Mr. Saks may be the right fit for you. Meet with your lawyer see how things mix and see if they will actively listen and talk about fees in a respectful manner.

Not sure who this client is- I do not recall any advice as stated about relying on future changes or in what context that may have been said. Criminal matters are never an easy subject and I try to provide the best advise under the circumstances. Sometimes clients are not able to deal with the reality and consequences of the wrongdoing. I wish this person the best.
