Child support is based on income. Your business is your property. As long as you pay your chil support there should be no action against the company.

It is not as simple as updating. You would file a modification and have a hearing unless she agrees to your requested changes.

Is is possible to create support order which has a graduated payments? such as 300 for 6 months then 500 per month etc?

If you agree to it, yes, definitely. But make sure you actually file for the modification or the AG will hold NCP to original payments ordered.

Yes, you can file in the county your wife resides in. You will need to have her served. Then you can hopefully come to an agreement on property...

I would get him counseling. But under the Texas Penal Code he is an adult so if he does criminal action then it falls on him.
