I’m Delilah Walter, founder and managing attorney of Walter Law, PLLC, a San Antonio law firm focused on real estate law, estate planning, probate, and guardianship.

I believe good legal representation starts with helping clients understand their options. Legal issues involving property, family, and an estate can quickly become complicated, and my goal is to take those complicated issues and explain them in a way that makes sense. Clients should understand not only what we recommend, but why we recommend it.

My practice includes a broad range of real estate matters, including contracts, deeds, title issues, property disputes, easements, boundary disputes, ownership issues, and real estate litigation. I also help individuals and families with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, heirship matters, and other estate planning and estate administration needs.

I founded Walter Law, PLLC in 2019 with the goal of building a law firm that feels different from the traditional legal experience—professional and prepared, but also approachable, responsive, and focused on the people behind each case.

Whether a client is dealing with a complicated property dispute, trying to protect their family through estate planning, or navigating the probate process after losing a loved one, I strive to provide clear guidance and practical solutions.
