Byron E. Barnett

The accomplishments and achievements attained by Mr. Byron E. Barnett in the field of Legal Services warrant inclusion into The Top Attorneys of North America. Mr. Barnett has been practicing law for over 40 years. He is admitted to practice by Texas State Bar, California State Bar, Indiana State Bar and Colorado State Bar. He is also qualified to practice in Federal District Court, Court of Military Appeals and the US Supreme Court. His practice areas include Family Law, Criminal Law, Wills, Divorce, Military Law, Mediation, and Estates. Mr. Barnett received his BS from Indiana University and Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University. He obtained the rank of Capt in the USMC on active duty and retired as a LtCol in the USAF Reserve.
